A person reads every message, and answers by email, usually within a day.
Anything about your account, a payment, a broker connection or the Bufetico Filter. If something is broken, tell us what you were looking at when it happened, it saves us both an email.
Inside the app there is a form that does the same thing: Settings → Support. It already knows who you are, so you only write the message.
Bufetico connects to your broker through SnapTrade, in read-only mode: it can see your positions and it cannot place orders, move cash or withdraw. Your broker credentials are typed in your broker's own window and never pass through us.
You can disconnect whenever you want, from Settings → Brokers. Disconnecting also deletes your data at SnapTrade, not just the link to it.
You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings → your email → Delete account. It cancels any subscription first, removes your broker connection at SnapTrade, and erases your portfolios and settings. What we keep afterwards, and why, is listed in the Privacy Policy.
